Description

For the beginner aspiring artist with no prior or minimal lash experience ready to start their career as a lash extension artist

  • Location: 825 Main Street, Martinez CA 94553 (East Bay Area)
  • Time: 10 AM - 5 PM the first 2 days. 10 AM start time day 3 for a live model until finished
  • 1:1 Training

Prior to your in person training, you will be given access to our online Beginners Classic, online Intro to Volume, and online Un-Stripped Method courses to be completed before the first day of training to help prepare you for your first day!

LIVE MODEL

Every student gets the opportunity to practice hands on with the Instructor Demo Model on day 2 and their own live model on day 3. You can bring your own model or we can find one for you. please let us know if you need us to find a model minimum 2 weeks before the first day of class.

Pre-Course Work- Start with the 3 Online Courses prior to the first day of class.

DAY 1

10:00am-11:30am - Theory/Questions

11:30am-1:00pm - Isolation + Application Practice

Provided Lunch + Drink

1:30pm-2:30pm - Mapping/Removal Practice.

2:30pm-3:30pm - Intro to the Un-Stripped Method

3:30pm-5pm - Hands-on Doll Head Practice - Classic

A mandatory homework assignment will be assigned at the end of Day 1 - please allow at least 2-3 hours after training to complete.

DAY 2

10:00am-11:00am - Review Homework + Business Tips

11:30am-1:00pm - Un-Stripped Method and Speed Lashing 101 deep dive, including the 1, 2, 3 motion, making different fan types lashing in diameters, lashing in layers, multi isolation, spoolie lift, ect.

Lunch 

1:30pm-3:00pm - Live Demo Model

3:00pm-5:00pm - Hands on Doll Head Practice - Volume

A mandatory homework assignment will be assigned at the end of Day 2 - please allow at least 2-3 hours after training to complete.

DAY 3

10:00am-10:30am - Review Homework + Model prep

10:30am - Live model - anticipate 3-4 hours

Post live model - Certifications + Photos!

Do I need prior experience?

No prior experience is needed to take this course! We will cover everything you need to know to get started. Just show up ready to learn!

What if I need to cancel?

There are no refunds after you've paid your deposit or the cost of the course. If you'd like to move your class to another date with availability, send us a request to academy@un-strippedlbb.com

Do I need a license?

For in person courses, you either need a license or are currently in beautician school to legally perform a model set. California law requires anyone performing a lash service to be a licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician.

If you do not have a license or currently in school, you can still take this course without a live model. Please let Bryce know ahead of time at academy@un-strippedlbb.com

If I place a deposit when is the full amount due, and how do I pay the deposit?

Depending on when you paid your deposit and the requested date of training, we will send you a notification 2 weeks prior to your first day of training about your balance due.

Afterpay wouldn't let me sign up, how do I still do a payment plan?

In some cases, Afterpay will not let you sign up for a large amount. You can try through either Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Partial.ly through the link on the cart page. If none of those options work, contact us at academy@un-strippedlbb.com to set up an invoice payment plan.

If a payment is missed or the total balance is not paid in full by the requested date of training, we will need to reschedule until full payment is processed. There will be no refunds on educational services.

Prior to enrolling into the course please be absolutely sure you are able to enroll and take the course.
