Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Place the item securely in its original packaging and include proof of purchase, then mail your return to the above address. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method to mail your return.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Educational products such as online courses, Ebooks, Digital Guides, and in-person trainings.
• Lash Services
• Personal care goods (such as beauty products, lash/brow serums, cosmetics).

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the condition of your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at academy@un-strippedlbb.com. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
